Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order, in which case we refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are shown in euros. Impero OÜ is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged or shown. Shipping is calculated separately at checkout.

We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect an order already confirmed.

Products

Every item is printed to order. Colours may vary slightly between screens and the printed garment, and small variations in print position are normal in made-to-order production.

Withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal. See our Refund Policy for the full terms and the model withdrawal form.

Intellectual property

All designs, artwork and text on this site belong to Impero OÜ and may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, or our liability for death, personal injury or fraud.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Consumers retain the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of their country of residence.
